Soup Bone

Start with a dash of oil, garlic, and onion in a pot, add soup bone and a splash of vinegar, simmer. Add a little water so the bone is covered, and meat doesn’t burn, rather just simmers.
Let simmer and continue to add more water to keep it simmering until beef is good and cooked through. Add more water, and other seasonings as desired: garlic powder, salt & pepper, celery salt, oregano, turmeric, basil, dill, etc.
Let simmer as long as desired: an hour, to 2 days! Remove soup bone and meat. Cut meat up and put back in pot for a hearty beef soup.
Add whatever herbs or seasonings you desire as well as vegetables such as tomatoes, celery, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, etc. For more flavor add beef bouillon. Let cook until veggies are tender and serve.
Can also strain all meat and veggies off and just keep the broth. Can also add barley, noodles, etc. Make it your own!
